Parliamentary Vice-Minister KAMITANI visited Fukushima Prefecture to attend "Fukushima Regeneration/Future-Oriented Symposium 2020." Following meetings with the town mayors of Futaba, Okuma, Namie, and Katsurao, he visited the reconstruction projects at "the Specific Reconstruction and Revitalization Bases" and "the Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Memorial Museum."

Online Meeting with H.E. Ms. Krista Mikkonen, Finnish Minister of the Environment and Climate Change (November 13, 2020)

Minister Koizumi and Mr. Kajiyama, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, attended the Third Green Innovation Strategy Meeting. Minister Koizumi declared that the Ministry of the Environment would contribute to achieving carbon neutrality worldwide by building a stable position among environmentally advanced nations through technology development and shifts in lifestyles.
