(Important Notice) The handling of Annual Passes Due to the Renewal of Garden facilities (updated 26 Sep.,2025)
We have resumed the annual pass renewal procedure, which was temporarily suspended due to a shortage of the cards needed to print the annual passes. The necessary cards have now arrived.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We have updated the admission facilities at the Sendagaya Gate on Tuesday, September 2, at the Okido Gate on Tuesday, September 9, and at the Shinjuku Gate on Wednesday, September 17.
As a result of the update to our garden entry system, we have improved convenience. Now you no longer have to fill out a new application when renewing your annual pass, and the pass itself features a new design.
However, since the new system is not compatible with the previous one, we kindly ask for your cooperation in transferring your annual pass.
〇Procedure to Update Your Annual Pass
You are requested to transfer your annual pass, issued by the previous garden entry system, to one compatible with the new system (at no charge). If you would like to do this, please inform a staff member at any of our gate counters.
※Please note that your expiration date will be carried over as is.
※Renewal is available starting one month before your pass expires. If your pass is set to expire within the next month, you can renew it by purchasing an annual pass application ticket at an automatic ticket machine or a service counter.
