Investment

  • Significance of roles of private investment
  • Importance of environmental improvement in developed countries

Post-2012 International framework

  • Emission reduction (mitigation), adaptation, technologies, and finances are all important.
  • The need for action on the part of developing countries was actively discussed among the participants.
  • The participating countries insisted that a new process should be started in order to enter into any negotiation for development and establishment of the Post-Kyoto framework (at COP13 Bali).
