特別報告書／技術報告書／方法論報告書

特別報告書、技術報告書、方法論報告書について

IPCCは、これまでに以下のとおり、特別報告書(Special Report)、技術報告書(Technical Paper）および方法論報告書(Methodology Report)を発表してきている。これらの報告書は、それぞれ、特定のテーマに関する報告書としてまとめられたものである。なお、報告書の作成は、気候変動枠組条約補助機関または国際機関からの要請を受け、IPCC総会にて作成の決定を受けたうえで進められる。

技術報告書

UNFCCC締約国が特定の手段に関する国際的な科学的・技術的予測を必要とする場合、または、IPCCが必要と判断した場合に作成されるもので、その時点までに発表されているIPCC評価報告書および特別報告書の内容をもとにとりまとめられる。
