Evaluation of Research (Evaluation of Research Project and Evaluation of Research System)

Research projects being implemented with funding from the Environmental Research Fund will be evaluated in the Environmental Research Planning Committee and No. 1 to No. 5 Research Subcommittees from the viewpoints of the degree of progress in the research, degree of contribution to environmental preservation, the scientific/socioeconomic value of the results, etc.

The results of evaluations will be used in reviewing the plans of each research project and in the allocation of research budgets. Policy system evaluations will also be conducted.
