Flow of Research Funds

Research funds will be distributed to the related government ministries and agencies and research institutions after consultation with the Ministry of Finance and approval of the budget.

In the distribution of funds, institutions other than governmental testing and research institutes (research type Independent Administrative Institutions, national, public, and private universities, private sector institutes, etc.) will take the form of commissioned research, which will be subcontracted from the national government to the research institute.

Contracts will not be made with individual researchers.
