Abunze Visitor Center

A facility well-loved by tourists and locals alike, displaying the natural environment and culture of the Goto Islands in easily-understood exhibits, with events facilitating contact with nature such as nature experience lectures. From the viewing platform in the park visitors can see the beautiful Mt. Onidake pyroclastic cone covered in grass, and the Abunze Coast, a black rock surface formed by lava eruptions from Mt. Onidake extending 7 km.
