In order for everyone to have a pleasant experience, the visitors to the national parks are advised to respect nature and observe the following:
Do not throw away any trash.
Do not pick wild flowers/damage plants.
Do not feed wild animals.
No hunting or fishing.
No smoking while walking.
Bonfires / recreational fires are only permitted in designated areas.
Do not enter areas outside the boardwalks and footpaths. As the flora inhabiting the wetlands are fragile, visitors are advised to take account not to trample around and touch the flora.
Caution: Asian black bears about!
Be sure to have a map handy when walking the hiking routes and turn back if you get lost. Also, be sure to choose a mountain that matches your physical strength and skills.
Be sure to use a restroom prior to start climbing and consider using plastic bags for toilets while climbing. Be sure to bring back a used toilet paper if you must relieve nature for a compelling reason.
