Workshop 2010 in Yokohama

Workshop 2010 of the Asian Network for Prevention of Illegal Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes was held on January 27-29th, 2010 in Yokohama, Japan.

This workshop was organized by Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan. At this workshop, the Customs officer of each country as well as the relevant international organization such as World Customs Organization (WCO) and Interpol were newly invited in order to strengthen cooperation between environmental authority and customs as well as discuss possible cooperation for strengthening border control activities.
