@Power consumed for IT-related equipment occupies 5% in the gross domestic power generation in 2006. According to further development of IT, it is estimated to occupy 20% in 2025. Therefore, energy saving of IT-related equipment becomes an essential task.
@Green Technologies for IT Equipment is technologies which are applied to main IT equipment, etc., used in offices, houses, etc., and which reduce the power consumption of and exhaust heat from the equipment, or enhance the cooling efficiency of the equipment, resulting in reduction of power consumption of and exhaust heat from offices, etc.
