Participate in the ETV Project

　In the ETV Project, Verification Organizations and Verification Management Organizations (“fee-based system” only) assume their own roles.

Verification Organizations

　Verification Organizations issue open invitations for target verification technologies to corporations and other entities; select technologies to be targeted for verification; prepare Verification Test Plans; verify technologies (implement verification tests); prepare verification test result reports; and submit the reports to MOE.
　MOE issues open invitations for and selects Verification Organizations in view of their implementation system, technical capability, ensuring of impartiality and fairness, their accounting basis, adequacy of cost estimation, etc., and based on discussions in WGs.

Verification Management Organizations

　For technology fields which are verified under the fee-based system, Verification Management Organizations prepare Protocols and select Verification Organizations, as well as commission verification tests to Verification Organizations, establish categories for fees associated with verification tests, and collect them from Verification Applicants
　MOE issues open invitations for and selects Verification Management Organizations in view of their attitude toward the tasks of Verification Management Organizations, their implementation system, technical capability, ensuring of impartiality and fairness, their accounting basis, adequacy of cost estimation, etc., and obtaining the advice of the Advisory Committee on the ETV Project as required.
