THE NATIONAL ACTION PLAN FOR AGENDA 21

GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN

The Council of Ministers for Global Environmental Conservation decided the National Action Plan for Agenda 21 on 24 December, 1993.
And at the beginning of 1994, this Plan was submitted to the UN.
