2nd Meeting of the Red-necked Longhorn Beetles Management Headquarters

Minister Ishihara participated in the 2nd meeting of the "Red-necked Longhorn Beetles Management Headquarters," for which he co-chaired with Mr. Suzuki, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. In light of worsening damage caused by red-necked longhorn beetles, invasive alien species, the meeting decided the “Red-necked Longhorn Beetles Control Strategy” and established a roadmap to reduce affected areas by FY2030.
