Minister Ishihara visited Koto City Office and presented a certificate of appreciation to Ms. Okubo, Mayor Koto City, for the contribution to the High-concentrated Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Wastes Treatment by the Japan Environmental Storage & Safety Corporation (JESCO).
