Minister Ishihara presented a certificate of appreciation to Ms. Koike, Governor of Tokyo, for the contribution to the High-concentrated Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Wastes Treatment by the Japan Environmental Storage & Safety Corporation (JESCO).
