Parliamentary Vice-Minister Tomonoh participated in the Commendation Ceremony for the 48th All-Japan Junior High School Students' Water Composition Contest, which was held at "Gathering for Thinking about Water" event commemorating the "Water Day," and presented the Minster of the Environment Award.
