Minister Ishihara attended the opening ceremony of World Ocean Plastic Planning Center in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. He also visited a site under the Strategic Project to Support the Foundation Development of “Reiwa Satoumi Creation” in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
