1st exchange of views between national and local governments on regional decarbonization in FY2026

Minister Ishihara and Parliamentary Vice-Minister Tomonoh exchanged views with the National Governors' Association (represented by Mr. Fukuda, Governor of Tochigi Prefecture), the Japan Association of City Mayors (represented by Mr. Takahashi, Mayor of  Inagi City), and the National Association of Towns and Villages (represented by Mr. Suzuki, Mayor of Kuzumaki Town) on regional decarbonization.
