Visit to Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture

Minister Ishihara visited Goto City in Nagasaki Prefecture to observe the "Goto Offshore Wind Farm", Japan's first large-scale floating offshore wind farm, and participate in the commemorative ceremony marking the start of its operations. He also met with the Mayor of Goto City.
