State Minister Aoyama participated in the award ceremony for the 2nd Decarbonized Urban Design and Development Awards, which commends outstanding development projects of decarbonized cities. He presented the Minister of the Environment Award to the most outstanding project from the perspectives of decarbonization, resource circulation and nature positive.
