Visit to a solar panel recycling facility in Ota City, Tokyo

Minister Ishihara, State Minister Tsuji, and Parliamentary Vice-Minister Tomonoh visited a solar panel recycling facility in Ota City, Tokyo. They exchanged views on advanced recycling equipment, the "Hot Knife", which separates and recovers the glass and silicon cells of solar panels without crushing them.
