Minister Ishihara participated in the 37th “Starry Sky Town / Blue Sky Town” National Convention in Biei Town, Hokkaido Prefecture, held in the presence of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado. He presented the Minister of the Environment Award to organizations and individuals who made outstanding activities in awareness raising and dissemination for atmospheric environment conservation.
