Minister Ishihara visited Fukushima City and met with Mr. Uchibori, Governor of Fukushima Prefecture. During the meeting, he gave his greetings as newly-appointed Minister of the Environment and exchanged views with Governor Uchibori on the reconstruction of Fukushima.
