Parliamentary Vice-Minister Katsume visited Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, where he received explanations about Methanation (E-methane Production) Demonstration Facility, and environment-related initiatives in the EXPO site. He also participated in "Panel discussion on the theme of future decarbonized regional development" held within the site and delivered an opening address.
