Parliamentary Vice-Minister Katsume visited Vietnam to participate in P4G Summit 2025. During his stay, he had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Do Duc DUY, Minister of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam, and also visited waste to energy facilities in Bacninh Province, which was established under the JCM scheme.
