Opening ceremony for Zero Carbon Baseball Park

State Minister Kobayashi participated in the opening ceremony for Zero Carbon Baseball Park, a farm facility of the Hanshin Tigers (Japanese pro baseball team), held in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, and delivered a congratulatory address. The city was selected as a Decarbonization Leading Area in the first round of selection.
