State Minister Kobayashi visited the Philippines to participate in Philippines-Japan Environment Week. During his stay, he met with H.E. Ms. Loyzaga, Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Philippines and H.E. Mr. Asakawa, President of Asian Development Bank (ADB) and visited waste management facilities.
