Meeting with H.E. Ms. Loyzaga, Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Philippines

State Minister Kobayashi had a meeting with H.E. Ms. Loyzaga, Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Philippines. They confirmed their cooperation towards the Philippines-Japan Environmental Week to be held in Manila on January 2025.
