Presentation of a certificate of appreciation to Mr. Ota, Mayor of Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture

State Minister Yagi visited Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture and presented a certificate of appreciation to Mr. Ota, Mayor of the city, for treatment of high-concentration PCB wastes. He also observed a PCB treatment facility of Japan Environmental Storage & Safety Corporation (JESCO), and Tokari Waste Disposal Center in the city.
