Parliamentary Vice-Minister Kunisada visited Kitakyushu City and presented a certificate of appreciation to Mr. Takeuchi, Mayor of the city, for treatment of high-concentration PCB wastes. He also observed a PCB treatment facility of Japan Environmental Storage & Safety Corporation (JESCO), the Kitakyushu Environment Museum, Kitakyushu Eco-Town Center and other environment-related facilities.
