Signing Ceremony for the Agreement with International EMECS Center

State Minister Takisawa visited Kaiyukan (an aquarium in Osaka Prefecture), where he exchanged views on initiatives to create satoumi by Kaiyukan and Osaka Prefecture, and observed the aquarium. He also visited Hyogo Prefecture and participated in the award ceremony for environmental conservation posters held by the Association for the Environmental Conservation of the Seto Inland Sea, and the Signing Ceremony for the Agreement to Promote Satoumi Creation with International EMECS Center.
