Minister Ito received a courtesy call from H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN. They exchanged views on closer cooperation through the Strategic Program for ASEAN Climate and Environment (SPACE) in addressing urgent environmental issues in Southeast Asia and the world, including climate change and plastic pollution.
