International symposium "Japan‘s Contribution to the 7th Assessment Cycle of IPCC and Collaboration with IIASA on “Climate Change and Cities”"

State Minister Yagi participated in an international symposium titled "Japan‘s Contribution to the 7th Assessment Cycle of IPCC and Collaboration with IIASA on “Climate Change and Cities.”" In his opening address, he talked about the importance of the role that cities play in climate change and expressed his hope that initiatives of Japan will contribute to IPCC.
