Minister Ito participated in the award ceremony for the Decarbonized Urban Design and Development Awards, which commends outstanding development projects that decarbonize cities and presented the Minister of the Environment Award to the most outstanding project from the perspectives of decarbonization, resource circulation and nature positive.
