Meeting with Ukrainian officials in charge of waste management

On January 26, Parliamentary Vice-Minister Kunisada met with Ukrainian officials in charge of waste management who are visiting Japan and the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) under a JICA direct training program. MOE shared Japan's disaster waste management system and know-how to help Ukraine's reconstruction and disposing of the large amount of debris resulting from the Russian invasion.
