Parliamentary Vice-Minister Asahi participated in Pre-COP28 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and conveyed Japan's efforts and views towards COP28. He also had bilateral meetings with H.E. Ms. Mariam Almheiri, Minister of Climate Change and Environment of UAE, and with H.E. Ms. Catherine Stewart, Ambassador for Climate Change of Canada.
