Strengthening of cooperation with Vietnam on marine litter management

Minister Nishimura visited Vietnam and met with H.E. Mr. Dang Quoc KHANH, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam. They signed a Letter of Intent on Marine Litter. He also observed a waste-to-energy facility under construction which is making use of the JCM.
