Selection and announcement of the nickname of National Movement for New and Prosperous Lifestyles toward Decarbonization

Minister Nishimura attended the meeting to select the nickname of the National Movement for New and Prosperous Lifestyles toward Decarbonization based on publicly invited applications, and subsequently announced the decision for the nickname "Deco-katsu." This new word was created by combining "de" from decarbonization, "eco" from eco-friendly, and "katsu" meaning action and life in Japanese.
