Official Side Events of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF)

Parliamentary Vice-Minister Yanagimoto attended official side events of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. At the meeting, he introduced Japan's policies and efforts, exchanged views with other delegates, including Ms. Alisjahbana, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), and worked to foster a sense of unity in the Asia-Pacific region toward the SDGs.
