Courtesy visit from H.E. Mr. WU Jianghao, Chinese Ambassador to Japan

Minister Nishimura received a courtesy visit from H.E. Mr. WU Jianghao, Chinese Ambassador to Japan. They exchanged views on future cooperation between the two countries, including the Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting in November, climate actions, the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, and conservation activities for crested ibises. He also explained Japan's intention to handle ALPS treated water based on scientific evidence.
