State Minister Kobayashi attended the award ceremony and award recipients presentations of the 25th Japan Water Prize and Stockholm Junior Water Prize 2023. The event was held in the presence of His Imperial Highness Crown Prince Akishino at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. State Minister Kobayashi presented the Minister of the Environment Award.
