Minister Nishimura received a courtesy visit by the participants of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency)-MOE Japan 1st Experts Meeting on Volume Reduction and Recycling of Removed Soil. Views were exchanged concerning the measures taken by MOE Japan for the recycling of removed soil and its final disposal in the future, on the visit to the Interim Storage Facility and demonstration area for environmental restoration in Nagadoro District, Iitate Village, and on the promotion of each of these activities.
