Visit to Tsushima City, Nagasaki Prefecture

Minister Nishimura visited Tsushima City, Nagasaki Prefecture, to observe the Tsushima Leopard Cat Wildlife Acclimatization Station and sites of marine plastic litter washed ashore, among other places. He also met with the Governor of Nagasaki Prefecture and the Mayor of Tsushima City to exchange views on local environmental issues and initiatives, including the protection of endangered species and measures against marine plastic litter.
