State Minister Kobayashi attended the 12th Fukushima Memorial Event to Commemorate the Victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake in Prayer for Revitalization. He also visited the Candle Night event "Welcome Home" in Futaba Town and attended the symposium "Fukushima, to the next environment stage".
