Forum to Commemorate the Establishment of World Lake Day

Parlimentary Vice-Minister Katsume visited Shiga Prefecture and participated in the "Forum to Commemorate the Establishment of World Lake Day". He also visited Lake Biwa to learn the current state of lake management, and exchanged views with Mr. Mikazuki, Governor of Shiga Prefecture, on damage by great cormorants and issues of invasive alien species.
