Meeting with Ms. Mizutori, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction and Head of UNDRR

Minister Nishimura met with Ms. Mizutori Mami, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction and Head of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). Amid growing international momentum for efforts to work together and address climate change and disaster risk reduction measures, they exchanged views on supports for developing countries and international cooperation.
