Parliamentary Vice-Minister Kunisada visited Niigata Prefecture and met with the mayor of Kamo City, the mayor of Tagami Town, the mayor of Sanjo City, and the mayor of Mitsuke City. In addition, he visited the biomass power plant located in Sanjo City.
