Meeting with the Governor of Tochigi Prefecture

State Minister Kobayashi and Parliamentary Vice-Minister Yanagimoto made their first visit to Tochigi Prefectural Office after assuming office at the Ministry of the Environment and gave their greetings to Tochigi Governor Fukuda.
