Visit to Kagawa Prefecture and Tokushima Prefecture

Parliamentary Vice-Minister Hosaka visited Kagawa Prefecture and Tokushima Prefecture. He met the governors of the two prefectures and exchanged opinions on regional decarbonization and reduction of marine litter in the Seto Inland Sea.  He also visited the zero-waste town of Kamikatsu (Tokushima Prefecture), a biogas plant, a hydrogen station, and the Setonaikai National Park.
