Minister Yamaguchi participated in the signing ceremony of the Collaboration Agreement between the Ministry of the Environment, Japan, and Weathernews Inc. on Promoting Climate Change Adaptation. It aims for all stakeholders, including citizens, to accelerate climate change adaptation efforts.
